beautiful but received it damaged

Love the pants but they came with a big blue mark on the back left . Also some of the rhinestones were missing. I wish the attendants would pay attention to the details before sending off the items. It is frustrating to wait only to have to return and reorder. Now how to I reorder and insure I get the same price I paid? 5 stars for the pants. 0 stars for the service.
