Everything went well with my order

The only thing I didnt like about this dress is how it is somewhat loose on the back, which makes it appear like a robe (a bit). Overall, it's a beautiful dress and i got the right size on the date they said.

nice dress

This is a nice dress thin up top! I would have loved it but took 14 days to arrive only to be disappointed tag in collar look dirty and dress smell of perfume look like someone wore and may have stuck tag back on, maybe too many try on’s either way going back to Macys !! Recommend if you get new

How Can I Clean This Dress

I have worn this dress three times and loved it but recently took it to my local dry cleaner, who I have patronized for decades, and they said they did a spot test and the color ran so they refused to dry clean it. What the heck am I supposed to do now? I can't hand wash it. The label clearly says Dry Clean. I want to return it despite loving the dress itself.
