IT WAS GOOD, UNTIL...

The cost is fine. Nice quality, but the delivery (smh)! Caused a whole lot of stress (smh)! Macy's used a courier, that I had NEVER dealt with before (no names mentioned). The courier was kinda speedy, but whomever the delivery driver was couldn't read. Didn't take it to the right building, and took a picture of the wrong apartment. I spoke with the courier personally, and they lied to cover for the delivery driver. Called Macy's too let them know of the mishap and get their advise. Macy's handled their end of everything, but I will admit, I've been shaken by the choice of couriers the other locations have too use. Kinda slowed the purchases, cause I'm skeptical of them using that courier again. The courier was fast, the attention to detail was lacking.

Too heavy for me

Very heavy coat. Would be great for very cold weather.

The Perfect Coat and Color

The red color is vibrant and rich. The coat is surprisingly warm and boucle fabric is very stylish. I love the little black KLF black pin at the point of the lapel. The only drawback is that the fabric can get a little frizzy in places. I get compliments every time I wear this beautiful coat. Looks great to pair with work wear or with some jeans/t-shirt and fuzzy slides. Very versatile.
