Macys sent wrong item!

Ordered a Karl Lagerfeld tote as a Christmas gift. Upon opening, Macys sent a different tote than what I ordered. Upon contacting Macys multiple times, best they could offer was for me to return item (Requires me to package wrong item, go to UPS to return, which why I order on line to avoid this) and a future 25% discount which obviously wouldn’t apply to this brand. Item was available when I ordered, but now told sold out. No notification from Macys that wasn’t available nor advising me that they were substituting. Terrible business practice.

A must have

Karl Lagerfeld has been my favorite brand of bags lately! This is my fourth bag from this designer and I love it! Love the look, love the design and the pattern. I have received tons of compliments on all my bags. A definite must have in your collection of bags!
