Beautiful if you can get one without flaws

This is a gorgeous sweater, but I kept receiving them with flaws. Macy’s employees from where these sweaters were mailed screwed up. Then I called customer service, and the employee lied and screwed up again. I have never experienced so many problems with sweaters being flawed and problems with employees. Half the bags came with results, and the other half did not. The two orders customer service helped me with don’t even show up in my orders. I finally received a good black one and a good navy, and my son loves the sweaters. What a mess though. Check for flaws. Even the packages were a mess. One completely sliced by UPS.
