Frustrated!

I have no idea if I like this purse since I haven't received after over 2 weeks. I tried contacting Macy's and tried to navigate the website and phone. No one ever got back to me to let me know if the purse is coming or not! Tracking states "label created 10/25--UPS doesn't have possession". Very frustrated. If it's not coming, would appreciate letting me know!!!! Customer service is non-existent!!!

Very unprofessional staff on sending orders and..

I never received the goods. The customer service people were not telling me the truth. Stalling for time. I lost 2 weeks of waiting and never received anything and, as I found out, I will not!!!! Very unprofessional staff on sending orders and customer service too. Deception is not acceptable under any circumstances! About the bag can not say anything. Did not treat it.

HORRIBLE SHIPPING SPEED

I order this October 21st, label created kn October 25th and no tracking updates. Customer service said "wait 16 more days" ridiculous. Hopefully I actually like the bag, but won't be ordering from Macys online ever agaain!
