Love IT!!!

It's just the cutest bag, and I am not a bucket bag type of girl mostly carry little bags so they don't get heavy, but this one is a winner in my book! Just wish it had feet.

So cute!

My bag was delivered today! I ordered this bag in white. It is WHITE, not off-white. I had to stay on top of Macy's because the reviews made it seem as though delivery would be a problem. Macy's was very helpful in making sure I got my package. Macy's even called me after the delivery to make sure I got it. The description states it's a medium size bag, but it seems to be small to me. I think the bag is really cute and I love it! I've already ordered it in another color.

Never received bag

This is terrible, never received bag, tracking kept saying label was created but item never received with UPS, I contacted Macy’s to get a refund, they are giving me the run around, to get my refund back.

The order was never shipped

Never received the order. As soon as I place the order I received an email that my address was successfully changed. Two days later, I got a confirmation that the order was generated and a label was created. When you hit the tracking number link UPS said they haven’t been called to pick up the order. Very suspicious on Macy’s side considering I ordered something else 30 minutes later and received it with no problems and no address change emails immediately after I placed the order.
