Inconsistent Satisfaction Why
I was wondering if anyone from Macy’s looked at the reviews to see if the positive vs negative reviews stem from certain zip codes. Very inconsistent satisfaction.
it's not firm
the day it was delivered in next 3 says I got call for the coach.i gave my review for it that it's left and right side seats are not firm something is wrong.there was no response.
Not as I ordered
I received the sofa and love seat ordered in Nov delivered In feb the color is not charcoal at all it looks like a dark green mixed with grey or something! The cushions piping won’t stay where it should be for only a few months old I’m disappointed ,
So Comfortable!
I’ve had this chair a few years now and it is my favorite chair. It is so comfortable! The cushion has held up well. I’m buying another one so I don’t have to share it.

Great sofa at a good price
The sofa looks crisp and neat. It is comfortable and provides good support in seat and back cushions. The style goes with many things - it is pretty timeless. Good height to the back and the arms.

Wrong Merchandise.....
I love the sofa, but....... I didn't get all of it. The two back cushions, left end and right end... were missing. It's been nightmare...I paid an extra $100 for delivery into house....The living room is at the front so not far to carry sofa. It was well wrapped.The delivery men said the didn't unwrap and left. After I unwrapped it I discovered 2 missing pillows/ I call Macy's and was told that 2 new pillows would be delivered. I waited many weeks for these. Then they were wrong.
Disappointed
I ordered this sofa and matching chair online on 5/27/24. The website said the chair was not yet in stock and should be in stock by 6/13/24. That date came and went with no word from Macy's. I called to check the status of my order and was informed that it was not yet in stock and should be at the warehouse in early July. Sometime after that date delivery would be schedule for likely mid-July. I am disappointed by the changing dates and lack of communication.
