Wrong Color - Macy Wanted Me to Correct Error

I sent this email on Dec. 1, 2023 to Macy's Customer Service and have not received a response as of Dec. Dec. 16, 2024 I ordered a light blue pullover and a brown pullover. The brown one was delivered a few days ago. My second order -- of a light blue pullover -- was delivered, Nov. 30, 2023 -- and it was ANOTHER BROWN pullover. I talked with "Jane" and she wanted me to go to UPS and return the wrong item. Then and only then would my credit card be credited for YOUR ERROR. Why should I have to go to UPS in the middle of the Christmas traffic to take care of YOUR ERROR???? I asked to keep the 2nd brown pullover that was sent in ERROR instead of the light blue pullover and get a full refund -- $12.99. There was no light blue pullover in stock. After some back and forth, Jane said I could keep the INCORRECT order of the brown pullover and that my card would be credited the amount of the pullover minus 10% -- I repeated this to her TWO TIMES. Listen to the recording that I am sure you have. I was on the phone for over 35 minutes during the entire process. Because English is NOT Jane's primary language, what she meant to say was that I would only get 10% credit -- $1.39!!!!!!! Because of YOUR ERROR, I want my full refund of the purchase price -- $12.99 and to NOT have to return the merchandise YOU SENT IN ERROR!!! Why should I have to go to UPS because YOU MADE AN ERROR?? Please respond.

This runs small---not good for me. Did not like the feel of the material.
