Good fit

I bought this as gift for my sister. She is 2 inches taller than me. It fit her well. The neckline is appropriate for the office wear

Cute shift

I gave it a 3 star only because it was too big and cotton material as too thin compared to most of the cotton I ordered before. I had to return the xl was too big which I wear in most shirt dress. I also like the lace up look.
