Too small, not at all attractive, can't return

I have other Karen Scott shoes that I love. Not sure what happened with these, but they are terrible.

Karen Scott Kaseena Athletic Flats

Nice shoe but length wasn't true to size. I wear a size 10 and my toes were pushing against the end. I had to return as no half size larger was offered.

Very disappointed. Please note above.

I tried other sizes of this shoe, I have to wear inserts within my shoes. This size did not work out as others and I ordered this shoe because after trying a smaller size, I thought a larger size would work. it did not. I called When I was ready to return, I spoke with customer service to explain that I did not know it was last act, if I had, I would not have purchased it. The representative sent me a receipt to return the merchandise.

Small Size & Not Right Color

These shoes run small in size. I wear a size 7. 7 1/2 or 8 might have fit better. They say the color is grey. But it is actually a sparkly silver color. Not what I was looking for.
