Most comfortable work pump - I ordered 2 pairs

I bought these pumps for an interview and am so glad I did. They are the most comfortable pumps I have ever worn. My foot size is 6.5 with an average foot width, but I bought them in size 7, and they fit perfectly without any "break-in" period. I wish they had black leather in my size, as I would have preferred that over the formal patent Croc.

Wrong Shoes

it would have been nice to write a review, but I am still waiting on a refund so that I can re order the right size because apparently they can't just send me the right size a size 11! I have already sent back the wrong size shoes! After this I don't think I will be shopping here anymore, at least not online!!!!

Disappointment.

These beautiful shoes in red did not fit me and I've never experienced Macy's returns with so many emails trying to get a return/exchange before. I was very disappointed in this, however the transaction was taken care of and I can't thank you enough. I love Macy's, something must have gone haywire because it never showed in my purchases. Bad Material

I just got these heels yesterday and wore them today and the sole material is very bad, 3hrs after wearing them the little heel cap moved off and they are not comfortable at all .

Sole coming off

I wrote these shoes 3 times to indoor work events. When I took off the shoes, I noticed something stuck to the sole. I pulled on it, and turns out it is the sole...after 3 uses, mostly sitting wearing them, the soles are coming off. It's a clothlike layer on the shoes, maybe for grip??? Either way, it seems there's stuff stuck to your shoe. I have a picture, but they don't allow it on this review
