Temperature not as described/promised

I was excited to purchase this for the main reason that it states it reaches 500F. That's the ideal temp for homemade pizza. unfortunately, the hottest it got was 400F even though the display shows 500F.

my oven sounds like a jet plane taking off 1/2 thru the meal it calms down a little is there anything i can do its the fan spray/take it apart????? otherwise cooks well

Too hot!

I have been using this enough now to rate it. I have never burned food so much. It's fast, but too fast. The presets are way off. It just gets too hot even with adjusting the temps. When I do adjust the temps for air frying, the inside of a sliced potato doesn't cook but the outside is almost burnt if I don't catch it. I am disappointed that when using the oven, it does not use the fan. There needs to be a catch so the shelves don't come fall out. A timer would be nice too and the light would turn on when the oven is not in use. It's hard to see if it's clean. It doesn't bake/toast/fry underneath whatever is baking.

Really this is all you need. I use it cook/bake 75% of all my food. The best part is it’s easy to use and it’s easy to clean!
