Not good with area rugs
Actually have to return the item I tried to have it work in the apartment and it couldn’t get over any kind of area rugs and it was getting itself stuck in between chairs constantly it would not work out at all

Mising part
This vacunm came without the base that is use to charge the robot, it just came with the cord to charge it, but it wouldn't charge for more than two hours. Therefore, it didn't have enough battery power to clean.

Worked 4 months and died
Got this as a gift for christmas last year. Used it once a week and then it suddenly stopped working after about 4 months of use. Do not waste your money on this vaccuum. Invest in something from a known brand and read customer reviews!

Didn't seem to be working right. I charged it and I have to play with it again. It continues to stop.

kalorik robot vacuum battery
l've been using my robot vacuum for 4 to 5 months but it started beeping when l am charging it...and l found out that the recahrgeable battery is dead. l have no.way charging it as it is not charging and continue beeping...where can l buy the battery please....thanks

Warranty Good as Gold
I purchased a Kalorik Home Ionic Pure Air Robot Vacuum from Amazon. I also bought a two-year extended warranty. The vacuum has a 12-month manufacturer's warranty and 11 months into the 1st year it developed a problem that I thought was covered under the warranty. I sent an email to the address provided on the company's website and received a *very* quick response. After a few back-and-forth email messages, a solution was promised and a timeline for resolution was given. Much to my surprise, MUCH sooner than the promised timeline the replacement component was at my front door. I am *VERY* impressed with the quick and positive response by the customer service agent and Kalorik as a company. If I have an opportunity to purchase from them again I will not hesitate.
