My favorite food blogger!

I LOVE Rachel's recipes. Started out following her on instagram (@rachlmansfield) and fell in love with her healthier way of baking delicious desserts. I am a sucker for sweets yet still try to live a healthy lifestyle and she creates the perfect balance! This cookbook not only has amazing recipes, but she also lists out the main ingredients she keeps in her kitchen and why she uses them, AND includes potential replacements if you're nut-free, dairy-free etc. I would definitely recommend this cookbook to anyone who's looking for delicious recipes with a healthy twist.
