HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SENT WITH MISSING PARTS

If I could give this a 0 I would, or even a -100. This was a nightmare. I only received 2 out of the 3 boxes. Instead of sending me the missing box, Macys insisted the only way for us to get a refund was to box up all of the pieces (It's a trampoline and huge) and bring it to the front of our home for UPS pick up. UPS refused to take the boxes because they were wet from being out in the elements and we were unable to close those well enough with heavy metal pipes inside. No one in customer service seemed to be able to understand the situation. So we are out over $550. They told us to contact the company, Jump King, who also said they could not help.
