Ordering online with Macys is becoming a headache

Ordered 2 boots but I only received one. I don’t know what’s going on with Macys now , every time I order online it’s either I don’t receive my orders at all or i receive some of the items. This time I chose store pickup and they told me the other one was still processing, a few days later I see that the item was returned and the money was refunded back to my account. Macys needs to get it together

Very nice color and quality

The are nice quality and not so yellow but nubuck which was preferred!!

I bought these boots for myself and my adult daughter and we both agree that these boots are so comfortable and pretty! Such a great price for a pretty boot!!
