Sharp

This set is great condition. They are sharp, high carbon steel. The handles are made of a beautiful wood that lays nicely in your hand when cutting. There was a care instructions card included which i appreciate a lot, so my knives can last as long as possible.

Prime cut
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are top tier steak house quality knives. They cut through steak like butter. I'm not saying I have swiped a steak house knife in the past but if I had, I would say these cut even smoother. The packaging made me not want to use them to begin with because it was rather fancy.
