Not Genuine Leather As Advertised

The boots I received were not leather but cheap looking synthetic material. Please don't advertise a boot as being genuine leather if it's not. What I received doesn't even look like the photo. The photo looks like a glossy leather. I received a dull looking boot that looks like something a discount store would carry. Don't buy if you want a quality boot.

Cute but not memory foam insoles.

Need to add extra foot padding for support. Ending up causing lower back pain. Cute boot if not standing long.
