Who is this shoe made for

I originally ordered an 8. It just fit and the toe thing would've torn my foot up. This time I ordered 8 1/2. The shoe fit, but the straps are sooo loose. The shoe is shifting and flopping on my foot when I try to walk. I don't know who this shoe was made for, but I guess it's not me.

Sexy sandal

Ouch
