I ordered a 71/2 wide and received a 71/2 narrow I needed these for an event on 4/23:2025 and had to wear something else I was upset

Ordered an 11 wide but they sent an 11nw and it was to narrow ..sent it back and got a 12 med and it nice ..this shoe runs small so size up one

Black strapped pumps

Cute shoe to look at, I ordered to wear to a funeral. The size was correct and I have a narrow foot. Unfortunately to sharp of a toe and uncomfortable to walk in , the shoe squeezed my toes to redness in just a few minutes having them on. Would not recommend to a friend.

Beautiful Shoe

This is a beautiful shoe. I order a wide width they sent me a NW, which is a narrow width. Will have to return, Hope I can replace with a regular width and move up a size larger.

Does NOT come in WIDE

Beautiful Shoe, I ordered the pinkish coral color. I ordered 6 1/2 Wide. When I put them on they were very pretty but immediately hurt my foot. The shoe box said 6 1/2 NW (Narrow Width). They do not come in a “Wide” even though I was able to order them in a wide. Do Not order these shoes if you need a Wide. As pretty as they were I had to return them. I ordered two other “Journee” brand shoes in a different style and I had the exact same problem, able to order them in “wide” but received them as “NW” also. Total waste of my time & energy. If you have a narrow foot you will probably enjoy the shoe.
