Poor Delivery SLA

Not a review aimed at the shoes, but rather Macy's setting poor shipping expectations. I was given a delivery date of 10/24 however that turned into a week later. Not good when you need an item in time for an event. Utter disappointment in Macy's.

Just meh

Not too impressed when I received these shoes - they are just ok. The sole was cushioned so it looks like they would be comfortable, but it just didn't have a wow factor for me. The material with the bow was flat and smooshed when they arrived and didn't really go back to its shape when I tried to fix it. I am returning these.

Beautiful Sandal

The sandals are beautiful, exactly like the photo. I had to return them because I ordered a size w and they were a little too wide. I reordered in a m size!

Spring Ready!!!

These are truly the cutest shoes! I read the reviews stating they ran large but I did not find that to be the case. Ordered my regular size 7.5 and found them to be a tad tight. So I have ordered the same size in wide and will be returning the others. These shoes are just feminine and will look so nice for spring and summer!!

SERLINA PLEATED SLIDE SANDALS IN WIDE - Light Blue

True to size. Not too wide. Bow finish is kind of weird but I like the color and material used alot. Some cushion. Work and vacation staple !

Way too wide and I definitely have wide feet

I got my usual size and I can’t keep these on my feet. I slide right out of them. I always wear/order wide shoes due to a bunion. These definitely cover the bunion but just seem like they may be extra-extra wide. I got them in baby blue and pink and had the same problem with both pairs.

Beware the stretch

While these shoes are cute and a steal compared to their designer counterpart, they stretched out and became difficult to wear/walk in. My toes kept sliding out the front of these shoes resulting in a very unattractive foot slapping/waddle situation. I’ll be wary of trying other shoes from this brand because of the less than stellar experience with these.
