Too narrow

These shoes are pretty, but very inflexible and the toe box is too narrow. Causes foot pain.

Love these shoes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE these shoes! I have been buying from the Journee Collection for over a year now and love every pair I have. I’m almost 70, with bad arthritis in my hips and knees and just can’t wear anything with too high a heel. But, the block heels and kitten heels work perfectly. I still feel stylish and the shoes compliment any outfit I have! In most cases, the shoes arrive and I can put them on that day and walk out of the house with them on!!

Love the shoe and the

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the shoe and the design. My only compliant is that the heel tips wears very quickly. After 3 wears you can see the plastic wearing down. This the third pair of kitten heels from Journee that have done this. Otherwise, it is a great shoe!

My kitten Heels

The shoes were not what I expected. To be kitten heels, they seem to be almost flat. I have worn kitten heels before; however, these seem to be lower. I returned them.

Love these red kitten heel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these red kitten heel shoes. I recommend to size up a half size. I ordered a size 9 and they fit a friend perfectly who wears an 8 1/2. I just received the size 9 1/2. And they fit great and are very comfortable!’

poor poor quality

I purchased this shoe in September for and event on 10/21/23. as I was walking into the church the heal came off. 1st wear. and I can't even get any type of compensation for a bad quality shoe. Macys said I am out of the return window. I missed it by 6 days. wow now I have a pair of shoes that I will not be able to wear. The shoe is cute but poor poor quality and I do not know why Macy's is not standing behind the product for refunds. As I read this morning it is an on going problem. Why this shoe has not be pull off the shelves has me very confused. Macys need to pay us back for this bad shoe and stop sell low quality items. I work to hard for my money to just throw it away.
