Ordered Wide But Shoes Are Narrow!

I felt lucky to see these shoes online at Size 7.5 Wide and ordered them. I received shoes in a box marked 7.5 Wide, whereas the shoes inside look narrow and have 7.5 NW on them. I believe they are Narrow, but at best might be Average. No way are they Wide. So I'll have to return them. This is unusual as shoes I've ordered online from Macy's ordinarily fit with no problem.

Wrong size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the shoe but it was a 5 1/2 and I ordered an 8 1/2. I hope I get the correct size soon. I ordered them for my daughters wedding.

Order confirmed on the 16th

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Order confirmed on the 16th received on the 27th. They didn't arrive in time for the event I needed them for. Every pair of shoes I own are a size 8 and these are too big. Exchanged for a 7 1/2. Hopefully they fit. They are really cute.

Amazing

OMG! This bra is lightly padded, provides good support and is just beautiful! I was trying to replace a Bali bra I loved which was discontinued. So hard! I finally found this one. Bought 5 at around $17.99. Wow.

Does not come in “Wide”!

I ordered two pair (Grey & Black), in a 6 1/2 wide. They came in a 6 1/2 NW (Narrow Width). Needless to say they were way too tight. Online I was able to order “Wide” but as I found out later they do not come in “wide” sizes. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered them as other customers had the exact same problem & were told by reps that they do not come in “wide” sizes. Why can they be ordered in “wide” if they do not actually come in wide? Total waste of my time & energy. I did like the way the shoes looked, very pretty, but DON’T order if you need wide, they will hurt! However, if you are narrow, you will probably enjoy the shoe. I also ordered another “Journee” shoe in the same order & same problem with the other style, I was able to order in a “wide”, but it doesn’t actually come in wide. Macy’s would have much better customer satisfaction if they were stringent about making sure the shoes were only listed in the sizes that they are actually available in. I hope this helps someone else save time & energy.
