Pretty and comfortable

I bought the light pink version to wear at a wedding and I love them, I have wide feet and I love that Journee offers many of their shoes in wide width! I wore these pretty shoes for hours and had no discomfort!

They are a half size

They are a half size too big. Apparently the company takes a few days to decide if they will allow me to return them. I would like to get the correct size. Why would you not allow me to exchange them ????

Help… I got the shoes and I love them but they’re way too big. Shall I just send them back and request at 9 1/2. This is the first time I’ve ordered from you so I wasn’t sure about the size. Do I need any special address on the outside?
