Manufacturing Error

These shoes were great at first and fit perfectly on one shoe. After 3 wears, the left shoe is now showing a small square out-dent in the sole under my heel. This is a small, hard plastic feeling square that is causing pain and blistering with every use. Very disappointed in this manufacturing error causing these shoes to now be painful.

Great boots for the price. Comfortable and cute. Low heel is easy to walk in. Just ordered a second pair in black.
