still waiting for the shoes

I did not receive the shoes and am still waiting for them. Please don't make me mad. I have purchased so many things from you, but the shoes were delayed, and I am still waiting for them.

i now have pair of the same shoes because my ist pair went to the wrong address and the people at that address brough them to my house just now however i had call this morning and to let them know i had not gotten my shoes now they reorder them for me at no charge a nice person from another street got my shoes in era and return them to me what shall i due with the other pair when it comes in

These shoes are defective, not true to size and they are very uncomfortable. I would suggest recalling them and moving them off line due to this issue
