Beautiful Boot BUT Narrow

I absolutely love this boot. When I received it. I raced home to try it on. I got it to zip up but it was wayyyy too tight. My feet are wide but not as wide as they were when I was 100lbs heavier so I didn’t think it would be that big of an issue. The few minutes I had it on, my feet were suffocating. I wanted to keep them but I know I would’ve regretting it in the long run. If they went up to a 13, I probably would’ve exchanged them. Maybe in the future. If you have narrow feet, THIS IS THE BOOT!

Incorrectly Sized

I ordered the Extra Wide calf boots because I have thick calves (I even measured my legs to make sure) and when they arrived, they didn’t even cover half of my calves and my friend who has slim legs tried them and they were too tight for her legs!!! So I returned them 2 months ago and I am STILL being charged, even though they supposedly gave me a refund, yet they say they show a refund has been issued to me. I have screenshots of charges even this week from them on my account!!! I’m really frustrated!!!

Nice boot but it needs some changes.

My calf is wide 16.5" to 17" and I purchased the boot on 8.5 WC; however, I have to be honest, the boot is extremely narrow on ankle area, there no much given there which makes it difficult; however, once I manage to pass that area I can zipper the boot normally. I suggest the company to provide a little more room on ankle area to close easily and not feel the boot tight. This boot is high but easy to walk and I does not hurt while walking or dancing.
