The shoes were worn. In bad condition. Packaging very tacky and cheap.

My order

I ordered the Josmo unisex walking shoe in white a size 3 for my granddaughter and I received in the mail a pair of black shoes and a size 31/2. I have been contacting Macy’s every other day about my replacement order and I was promised it would be shipped out priority a week ago and I would get it Tuesday, then it went to Thursday. I checked today and the order hasn’t even shipped out. This is a huge disappointment on Josmo and Macy’s behalf. Macy’s stated Josmo is sitting on the order. At this point Macy’s has lied to me multiple times. I will never place another order from Macy’s due to this headache and stress they have caused. I’ll just spend my monies elsewhere.

Hard bottom walking shoes
