Extremely disappointed

Extreme tip of one knife arrived damaged so snags on sponge when washing Knives are hand washed and rinsed but one has rusted Knives are not easy to replace in carousel, slightly wrong angle and they fall out One preparation of carrots and the plastic handle is stained orange Each knife only fits one slot properly but no indication as to which if several have been used.

These knives are much better than I anticipated. Very sharp, nicely presented. Would recommend!

Plastic on knives discoloured

We have been using our knives for around a week after having a new kitchen fitted. The pale green plastic trim on one of the knives has absorbed the colour of a orange pepper while chopping and the stain will not come out. Not impressed as the knives were not cheap. Please can someone from Joseph Joseph contact me with regards to this complaint
