Sizing is way off

I usually wear a size large in tops with stretch and an xl if the fabric does not have stretch (so the bustline is not too snug) I ordered this in a size xl and it is more like a 2x in width and it is like a tunic in length (at least 30"). It is a pretty color but I will be returning this item. I would suggest going down at least one size from your normal size.

The small fit like a large, was not what I expected, needed it for a casual event, returning it!
