Wrong style wrong size and another delayed order

I did not receive the above picture that I ordered. It was entirely different style and size shoe. I am very disappointed with Macys. I will be returning this incorrect pair. I am still waiting for another pair of silver shoes ordered on the same day. No updates on shipment. I am in my 70s and find this very inconvenient.
