Great addition to Jollene sectional

After weeks of comparing bumper sectionals from Macys, Pottery Barn, and West Elm we decided on the Jollene sectional and ottoman in grey from Macy’s based on other reviews, availability, and delivery and we were not disappointed. Macys furniture delivery was amazing, at checkout I was able to select a delivery date. After checkout I received a series of emails and phone calls confirming my order, and delivery date. The day before my delivery date I received a call with a 2 hour delivery window, the next morning I received a call with a 20 minute delivery notification. The sectional was delivered on the date I chose, during the time frame promised. The sectional is a beautiful and very comfortable. The ottoman is very versatile with storage and is larger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend.

Great ottoman

Exactly as pictured. Nice quality, slightly pebbled leather that isn’t really shiny. The top is comfortable as an ottoman. The wood is also finished well and coordinates well with the dark blue leather. My only quibble is the there aren’t any loops to lift the tops off to use the tray side and they are a little hard to get out. This may get resolved with some more use.

High quality, attractive, sturdy

TBH this is the first time I have spent "real" money on a coffee table vs. a fast-furniture option or finding one used, and I was nervous it would be a silly expense. However, I LOVE this piece and am so glad I bought it. It's super sturdy and the storage is great for our use (board games). The leather feels high quality and is a gorgeous saturated navy. The option to flip from tray to padded surface is nice - it's a bit tricky to pull the halves up when both sides are padded-side-up, but that might get easier over time as padding compresses. Macy's shipping communications were plentiful and accurate, and the delivery was smooth. It was well packed and the legs were really easy to attach; idiot-proof due to the way they designed where the legs screw in to the base. I hope it holds up, really love it after a few weeks of use.
