Never delivered
Macys never delivered the couch. Would keep changing the date. Orginal date was suppose to be mid March now its pushed to late June. I purchased the couch last year in december. Very unpleasent experince with customer service.

Do not buy the blue
We spent a lot of time looking at sectionals before settling on this one. The good things about it: 1) appears to be well made 2) is high enough off the ground you can easily vacuum underneath it 3) is comfortable enough. The things that makes me absolutely hate it are that every speck of dust, every piece of lint sticks to it and then is highly visible to the extent that if it’s not vacuumed every single day it looks disgusting. We have 3 kids and a dog and the couch basically looks gross all of the time. If you’re gonna buy it make sure you either get the brown one or have no children or pets. Our last couch was blue and gave us no issues but with this one it’s a combination of the type of fabric and the dark navy color that make it terrible.

Well made and lasting
I have had the sectional version of this sofa in my house since 2017. I am now contemplating the sofa version for a studio apartment. I cannot recommend these Jollene sofas enough. Thank you Macy's for continuing to carry these products. For the price it is not to be surpassed.

Ordering another after 7 years!
I love this sofa! It has held up with dogs and kids and still looks amazing! I am ordering another for my niece!

Great budget option
I’ve had this sofa since 2017 and it’s survived 2 cross country moves and plenty of use from me and my family. It’s held up amazingly! No sagging, no tears. It’s really amazing. It was pretty firm to begin with, which I love! I see some reviewers mentioning sagging and I just can’t imagine how that would happen unless you structurally broke the sofa. I also love that it cleans easily.

Springs wore out and one snapped after 2 years
Unimpressed by the durability of this couch. Had one side sag by 6 inches after only 2 years when an entire support spring snapped internally and was poking out the bottom. Repairman fixed it for a couple hundred bucks, but found the cushioning was already deteriorating as well. Needs to come with a proper warranty or proper build quality. Don't rely on his for more than a year. Bad materials or badly built.

Not a review — but a request
Would love to have the sofa line to also come in leather, like the sectional. My cousin has had the sectional for 3+ years now enduring much abuse with kids jumping on it and high traffic with large family events. She can’t recommend it enough. Please also order the chair and sofa in LEATHER TOO. Thank you!

Excellent budget sectional
I had wanted this sofa since like, 2018 and finally bought it after we moved to a new space in late 2020. I chose the navy one. It was hard to get furniture then, but macys was able to deliver it.I tried to temper my expectations as this isn’t a super expensive sofa, but after over four years of abuse, this sectional has held up well. I can tell the fabric isn’t terribly high end, but it’s always cleaned up well. We have thrown the zip off cushions in the wash (cold, gentle cycle, line dry) many times and have had no issues. They do need to occasionally be beaten in to shape. It might possibly be time to add some extra stuffing. It doesn’t have springs like many sofas, but it is plenty comfortable regardless and has not gone flat even after many hours of rotting away on it. Its held up through many series binge sessions, a lot of pizza movie nights, jumping toddlers, cats and more. I can’t recommend it enough it you need a budget, vaguely MCM sectional to hold up to busy family life.
