Nice shoes but disappointed ☹️

The shoes are nice. Love the style and how they fit. However, it seems that they were previously worn for a couple of times before being returned by the previous owner. I can see that the leather is wrinkled and some scratches on both sides. Quite disappointing honestly. I use to live Johnston and Murphy for the quality of their leather.

Great Quality Boot

I asked for a replacement pair of J&M boots for Christmas. My old pair served me perfectly for six years with almost constant use. These boots are overall better quality than my first pair. The fit is excellent and very comfortable. I love the color. My only complaint is that the top two grommets are not eyelets. When I unzip the zipper and remove the boot, the laces often slip off and require the boot to be retied. Kind of negates the purpose of having a zipper down the side. This is the only reason I didn’t give a 5/5 rating. Keep up the great work!
