Wrong order

I ordered the shoes for big shoes but received the toddler shoes. Very disappointed. Have been Macy's customer since 2001. Never had any problems like this ..

Incorrect description

As a previous customer mentioned in her review these shoes are not for big boys. I also got a toddler size sneakers although it is supposed to fit BIG BOYS. Very disappointing.

toddler Not Big Kid

It says right on the description Big Boys. I ordered these for my nephew and when they came they are a Toddler size shoe. Super disappointing. Can you guys change the wording to be correct?
