Better than using panty liners!

I decided to try these rather than use regular underwear with a panty liner for occasional urinary incontinence. They are comfortable, moderate absorption and work great.

Good idea, but some flaws need to be addressed

I was so excited to try these. While they do a good job absorbing moisture, the construction has some major issues. The front seam for the liner is about 1 inch too far back. With a good sneeze or cough, this doesn't offer enough protection. Absorbent underwear I have from three other brands all have a front liner seam much farther forward. The gusset on one pair also gave out very early. With a couple of design tweaks these would get 5 stars. I hope that can happen soon as I'm not buying anymore for now.

Great for bladder leaks

These are very effective. They wick moisture away from the body, absorb well, control odors and fit really well. The ones with the lace waistband rolled down and I didn’t like them but the cotton stretch are great.

Meh.

Feels like you’re wearing an actual pad. I thought this was just thicker Cotton in the liner area, but it actually feels like a crunchy pad. I guess im not sure what I bought here. Does this take the place of a pad? Gross if so, I thought this was just for leak protection in which case why such a firm pad stiff/crucnhy feeling in the lining? I’d give it back if I could, but it’s underware so ?? Probably can’t.
