Look like it’s used

Hi Customer Service, I received my delivery, but when I opened the box, I found that the Jockey underwear package was not sealed. It appears to have been opened and re-packed. I'm concerned about the product's quality and authenticity. Could you please replace my order with a new, sealed package and ensure it's properly packaged before shipping?
