Grossly Mishandled Delivery

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery of order #4584221087. This package, intended for my girlfriend was delivered to the wrong city and home. This unauthorized and frankly, appalling delivery is a severe breach of trust and a blatant disregard for the shipping instructions provided. The incompetence displayed in this misdelivery is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed that such a fundamental aspect of your service could be so grossly mishandled. I demand an immediate investigation into how this error occurred and a comprehensive explanation. Furthermore, I expect a prompt resolution to ensure this does not happen again...
