Pepper grey

I bought this area rug with a pad. I was skeptical because of the reviews that said they could not get the wrinkles out. What has worked for me was to vacuum the rug. When you do that you can see the carpet stretch thus removing the wrinkles. I had to vacuum a few times to make it set. I just wish it was a little darker. However, I am happy with my purchase. This was the first encounter with Rugs com. I would buy from them again. I did some research about steam cleaning it to get the wrinkles out. Since it is 100% polyester it said you could do it. However if you have a pad underneath you could melt it I guess. My plan was to use a hand held steamer. I didn't have to do that. The vacuuming was enough. I give them 4 stars.

Nice color and soft to touch

The rug is very soft and comfortable. My only complaint is it's a little flimsy and flips up on the ends fairly easily so you need to be aware when walking onto it.

BAD RUG

Terrible rug! Can’t get it to lay flat on the edges. I’ve tried everything from leaving heavy books on it for days, to steaming and ironing. I’m throwing it out!
