Wrong sizes for the 3rd time

I did a 1 star because the last 3 pair of shoes I ordered online I had to return the shoes and reorder the same pair of shoes due to the wrong size was mailed out. This was 3 different pair of shoes. This happened again with this shoe. I ordered a size 7 and a size 10 was shipped. All 3 times was an inconvenience.

For narrow feet

These shoes are for narrow feet. The strap across my toes wa so tight I couldn't walk or stand without pain. I should have tried them on prior to our exchange of vows ceremony.

Gems fall out very easily

I bought these shoes for my wedding in March. I have been wearing them for 30-60 minutes at a time, simply walking around my house, to get used to them. I've done this maybe 4 or 5 times. I've also been fitted to my wedding dress in them for the height. I've had 2 gems just fall off. One of them I found, the other I have not. I have to find new shoes for my wedding. They're beautiful and fit true to size, but they do not hold up. They give you 3 other gems in the box to replace missing gems, but if wearing them for 30-60 minutes alone causes them to fall out, I can't expect I won't lose any in a very long wedding day with dancing. I'm disappointed, I saw these in the store and fell in love with them, but I can't have missing gems on my wedding day.
