Buying shoes on line, unable to try on...Ridiculou

I am returning today for 2nd time. Because the shoes are unavailable in the store to try on, returning and reordering. Shoes are a difficult purchase and should be in the stores. It is a waste of my time and also cost of shipping for Macy’s. so sad we are forced to buy on line and then return, return, return.

Never arrived

Never got them. Your shipping and tracking system is awful. I did get a credit after several calls to figure out where they were. UPS couldn’t help because shipper said they had to submit a claim. Process very frustrating.

Your own Ruby Slippers, only in Navy.

I felt like Dorthy in these shoes. Perfectly sparkly and they added the perfect "pop" to a beautiful, simple formal dress. They were comfortable to wear and walk in, which is so important with formal wear. Two enthusiastic thumbs-up.
