UNACCEPTABLE

Please don't buy to this seller. I return an item on November 30 at the store and still today December 16, I have not received my money back. I track the order and I saw the seller got this on 10 then I called customer service, and guess what? they dont do anything and that tracking information was deleted from the website. This is unacceptable.
