Return policy is horrible!!!!

I bought this boot on March 10. Wore it once in April, putting the boot on today to wear the right boot I can’t get my foot in it. Call Macys shipping to see if I could return for another size and they said after 30 days you can’t return anything… This is so unfair to customers like me who order online all the time from Macy’s…

Beautiful comfortable booties

They are quite comfortable but need a little bit of breaking in. I sized up a half size which I normally need in Jessica Simpson shoes. The black color is pretty and the rhinestones sparkle when the light hits them.
