not like picture

I ordered up a size based on reviews, that was a mistake way to big even allowing for swim wear under it. the sleeves droop they look nothing like the picture they just kind of lay flat and it’s not rudely it is one sad flat ruffle and your entire arm is exposed. for the money nope.
