Never received item

I’ve shopped with Macy’s for many of years and this is the most horrible experience I’ve had. Never received item for daughter prom. She upset now I had to go into emergency mode. Orderd the item on April 13 and still have not received it. Between UPS and Macy representatives no one can tell me anything at all. Never again. I think me my family and friends should shop at another place. This really doesn’t make sense.

I have yet to receive my item that was ordered almost a month ago and I have also done a reshipment as well. Still nothing but macys want me to leave a review on shoes I have not received?

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

unhappy with the shoe. the back straps constantly kept falling down. the straps around my foot were so loose it felt like i was walking with my shoes unstrapped. aesthetically pleasing but super mad i spent my money on such poor quality.

Soooo cute!!! Wore these with a black dress and got so many compliments! Not uncomfortable at all, but if you have a wide foot…would not recommend!
