I ordered a 16, which turned out to be too small. So I ordered an 18W, which was too big. Why didn't they make a size 18? That's what I needed.

Nice Dress - Bad Experience

The dress is very nice for an older lady attending a formal event. The dress itself is very simple, and the jacket adds a lot of interest. Pretty color. Unfortunately, I reordered this dress 5 times to get one that was not stained or damaged. I’m not sure I will ever order another item again. Don’t order if you don’t have one month of time to do the order & return cycle. I can’t believe what I went through. They obviously don’t take care of their products.

Pretty dress

It’s a very pretty dress but i ordered it online and I had to send first one back because of a large rhinestone missing from the button. The Lake color is not as bright blue as pictured, a bit grayer but still pretty. My biggest complaint is with the shipping. The dress is shipped all folded in a small plastic mailer, about 16x12 inches so the dress arrived with big creases in the skirt. It’s delicate fabric so I’m buying a garment steamer and hope they will come out.
