Bad Experience

I ordered a 1600 couch and they left it in the box in my living room. I was not given a choice of delivery and on the website it says: When unpacking your merchandise, the Delivery Expert will: Set up and place your merchandise where you want it. Please note that we cannot connect/disconnect any electrical equipment. Vacuum areas around bed and install dust ruffles on the new bed. Remove all delivery-related trash from your home. It doesn't say you are required to pay for White Glove Service in order to get these things. They refuse to send someone back to help us. We are in our 70's and can't handle the set up of this item.

Gorgeous!

This sofa is stunning! Soft plush yet solid. The color is lovely dark blue and the fabric is soft velvet. Looks much more expensive than it is. A very good purchase! I am thrilled.
