Dissatisfied

Sooo disappointed! I ordered a size 7. You sent me a size 9!!! Why should I have to cancel the order, print a label to return and get a refund?! I shouldn’t have to pay for a mess up in the shoe size you sent me when my order said size 6 and the shoe and shoe box clearly said size 9! Just wrong. :(
