not great

I bought two of these and wanted to love them. Both rugs cannot be vacuumed because the vacuum pulls the threads out and leaves a big empty stripe. Very disappointed.

Great Purchase

Rug Woes: Creases, Delays, and Extra Costs

Received the runner with a significant noticeable crease, prompting a replacement request from Macy's. However, the return instructions require the original packaging, a large plastic poly bag, making it impractical for return. Inquired about in-store return, but the closest store with a fine rug dept. is over 100 miles away. Replacement arrived with the same issue, so now facing additional costs because I have to buy packaging in order to ship the item. Not to mention the replacement item has the very same issue. Very disappointed in Macy's.
